2故障分析
2 fault analysis
A、高压、低压皆无但换向正常 排除方法 ：
A, high pressure and low pressure are not available, but commutation normal elimination methods:
1.检查自来水供水是否断水或水压过低；
1. check whether tap water is water cut or water pressure is too low.
2.检查水泵是否正常；
2. check whether the pump is normal.
3.检查宝石喷嘴是否正常（水束明显发散）；
3. check whether the gemstone nozzle is normal (the water beam is divergent).
4.检查挡钣后窥孔有无漏油、漏水（有漏水，表明高压腔动密封损坏；有漏油，表明油缸档板上动密封损坏。）；
4. check whether there is leakage or leakage in the peephole after the check plate (there is water leakage, indicating that the high pressure chamber is damaged by dynamic seal. There is oil leakage, indicating that the dynamic seal of the cylinder baffle is damaged.) ;
5.检查进水单向阀是否失效（进水管回水明显）；
5. check whether the inlet check valve is invalid (the return pipe of intake pipe is obvious).
6.检查出水单向阀是否失效（单向阀处手感明显发热）；
6. check whether the water outlet check valve is invalid.
7.检查高压柱塞杆是否断裂（拆除进、出水管和出水单向阀，往高压缸内插入一根细钢丝，探到柱塞杆，开启电机油泵，观察钢丝是否顶出。不顶出或移动距离小，则表明柱塞杆已断裂）。
7. check whether the high pressure plunger rod is broken (dismantle the inlet, outlet pipe and water outlet one-way valve, insert a fine wire into the high-pressure cylinder, probe the plunger rod, open the motor oil pump, and observe whether the steel wire is ejecting. If the distance between the top and the outlet is small, the stopper is broken.
B、高压、低压皆无且换向时间过长或不换向
B, high voltage and low voltage are not available and commutation time is too long or no commutation.
1.如不换向且油压很高，用手推一下换向阀的任一端电磁阀阀杆；
1. if there is no commutation and high oil pressure, push the electromagnetic valve stem at either end of the reversing valve by hand.
2.调整霍尔开关位置（将霍尔开关向油缸方向轻微移动）
2. adjust the Holzer switch position (move the Holzer switch slightly to the oil cylinder).
3.检查换向霍尔开关是否正常
3. check whether the switch to Holzer switch is normal
4.检查换向阀电气部分是否正常 e.确认是否调整过油泵流量（太小）；
4. check whether the electrical part of the reversing valve is normal, e. confirm whether the oil pump flow has been adjusted (Tai Xiao).
5.确认是否调整过溢流阀流量（太大）；
5. confirm whether the overflow valve flow has been adjusted too high.
6.检查换向阀阀芯是否堵塞或磨损；（参照下节相关内容）
6. check whether the spool of the reversing valve is clogged or worn;
7.检查油缸中活塞密封是否损坏。
