margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word; list-style-type: none; line-height: 26px; font-size: 14px; font-family: 宋体, Arial, sans-serif; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 7、凉置。将经晾晒房晾晒48小时的柿果推出晾晒房,放置在外面,让柿果自然通风凉干,凉置时间20-24小时。</p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word; list-style-type: none; line-height: 26px; font-size: 14px; font-family: 宋体, Arial, sans-serif; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 8、捏果、回软。柿果至果实表面皱缩,果肉稍软,结成“薄皮”时,开始进行捏果揉软,捏果要捏得均匀,不应留有硬块,捏时两手握柿,纵横捏之,随捏随转,直到内部变软为止。每次捏果后都要把果实上下面翻动轮换,使果实受热均匀,干湿一致。一般捏果整形1-2次。</p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; word-wrap: break-word; list-style-type: none; line-height: 26px; font-size: 14px; font-family: 宋体, Arial, sans-serif; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 9、捏饼定型。柿果经晾晒捏果、回软后,内部果肉变干粘稠。这时就可以定型了,定型方法是两拇指加大力度,把中间果肉向外缘挤,使柿饼外边缘充满果肉,提成四周厚中间薄的碟形饼块,再经过10小时晾晒房晾晒就固定下来。此时柿饼呈粉红透明,柔软适度,香甜可口。</p><p><br/></p>
