本机主要用于各种油漆、油墨、塑料、颜料、食品、唇膏等膏状物料，特别适用于研磨分散粘度高而粒度要求细的产品，辊筒采用冷硬合金铸铁离心浇注，晶相紧密，强度高，表面具有高硬度和耐磨性，并设有冷却系统。该机通过转动手轮调节水平方向的三根辊筒之间的间隙及辊筒表面相互挤扎和不同速度摩擦达到研磨分散的效果。
