诺基亚2100手机塑料外壳
本毕业设计论文以阐述手机塑料外壳注射模设计过程为主线。该模具设计采用一模两腔的布置;双分型面分型;剪切浇口浇注形式;四导柱对称不等直径分布导向定位方式;使用推杆推出脱模机构;并采用了整体式型腔、型芯,使结构简化、可行;利用弹簧抽芯机构实现模具的侧向抽芯。后结合模具的标准组合结构和标准零件的选用,完成了整套模具的装配。并对有关技术规范进行全面校核,确保所设计的模具能正确安装在所选的注射机上并应用于生产。

This paper mainly discusses the injection design process of a cover of mobile phone. To make the processing technology simple and available,
The mould uses a mould with two cavities , two parting surfaces, shear gate Besides, four symmetry but not equal-diameter guide pillars for orienting, handspike for pulling off the injection parts. and combined cavities and cores . Besides, spring coil is used in order to realize the side- loose core. In the end the correlative technical standards are checked up in order to ensure that the mould can be properly fixed in the injecting machine and can be put into use .
